Why telehealth psychiatric care works for Wyoming
Wyoming has some of the highest rates of mental health need and lowest psychiatric provider density in the country. Telehealth removes the barrier entirely.

Many Wyoming counties have zero psychiatric providers. Whether you're in Cheyenne, Gillette, or a rural community in between - telehealth gets you care without the drive.

What is a PMHNP?
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse with specialized training in mental health. PMHNPs can diagnose psychiatric conditions, prescribe and manage medications, and provide therapy-informed care - independently, without physician oversight.
Do you prescribe psychiatric medication?
Yes. As a board-certified PMHNP with full prescribing authority in Wyoming, I can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medications for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.
Which areas of Wyoming do you serve?
All of Wyoming via telehealth. This includes Cheyenne, Casper, Gillette, Sheridan, Rock Springs, Laramie, Riverton, Cody, Jackson, Lander, and surrounding rural communities.
What insurance do you accept?
I am credentialed through Headway and currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. Self-pay rates are $200 for an initial evaluation and $100 for follow-up visits.
What happens during the first appointment?
The initial evaluation is approximately 60 minutes. We will discuss your symptoms, history, goals, and any past treatment. You will leave with a clear understanding of the plan - whether that includes medication, therapy-informed support, or both.
